Stella Verde, the green star, is made in Peroj near Vodnjan, in the heart of Istria's olive groves. The logo is an olive tree drawn among the stars: one bright point among many, like every bottle among others.
The oil is a blend of five varieties: Lumbardeška, Karbonaca, Rošinjola, Leccino and Pendolino. The fruit is processed solely by mechanical means.
